WWE Wrestlepalooza took place at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. This was WWE’s debut PLE on ESPN. A new intro aired at the start of this premium live event. A video package aired looking back at WWE and ESPN’s history. Vince McMahon was shown during this video.

Triple H was in the ring and welcomed the fans to Wrestlepalooza. Michael Cole and Wade Barrett are on commentary and Pat McAfee makes his return to WWE programming!

The opening match is Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena. Lesnar comes out first and he’s in incredible shape with visible abs. John Cena came out next with a lot of children during his entrance.

During the ring introduction, Paul Heyman joined forces with The Beast and introduced Lesnar and called him the last real a$$ kicker.

The match begins and Lesnar goes hard right away with right hands and a suplex. Cena goes for the AA, but Lesnar escapes and hits a brutal clothesline, followed by another German suplex. Lesnar is keeping count for the suplexes and mocked Cena’s “You Can’t See Me” taunt.

Cena finally drops Cena with a 4 shoulder tackles and 3 back-to-back Attitude Adjustments! Cena went for the cover, but Lesnar kicked out.

Cena went for the 5 Knuckle Shuffle, but Lesnar counters with 6 back-to-back F5s and wins.

After the match, Lesnar hit the referee with an F5 and hit Cena with another F5 before leaving. Kids in attendance were shown crying.

Up next is The Vision vs. The Usos with LA Knight as the special guest referee. During the match, LA didn’t disqualify Jimmy Uso for using a steel chair. The tension between LA and Jey Uso continued during the match, as LA once again accused Jey of trying to attack him. At one point, Jey almost hit LA with a steel chair. Jey got busted open during the match.

Bron speared both Usos through a table. Bronson hit the Tsunami on Jey for the win.

Up next is Stephanie Vaquer vs. IYO SKY for the vacant Women’s World Championship. In the end, Stephanie hit a spiral tap for the win!

An emotional Stephanie celebrated with her father after the match. Stephanie and IYO showed respect to each other.

Up next is the mixed tag team match. This is AJ Lee’s first match in over 10 years. During the match, AJ even got physical with Seth Rollins.

In the end, AJ made Becky tap out to win the match for her team.

The Undertaker came out and announced Stephanie McMahon for the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026.

Up next is the main event for the Undisputed WWE Championship between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre. During the early moments of the match, Cody showed concussion-type symptoms.

After back and forth action, Drew tried to Claymore Cody’s head through the side of the announce table again, but Cody moved out of the way and Drew injured his leg.

In the ring, Drew went for the Claymore Kick again, but his leg gave out.

Cody hit a super Cody Cutter from the top rope, followed by a Cross Rhodes for the win.
