• WWE Hall Of Famer Says He Forgave Jim Ross, Hulk Hogan & Dixie Carter

On the Dukes Loves Rasslin podcast, WWE Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley opened up about how he has chosen to forgive several people from his past – including Jim Ross, Hulk Hogan, and Dixie Carter – even though each had said or done things that deeply hurt him.

D-Von revealed that JR was the WWE official who made racially insensitive comments toward him on multiple occasions. He said he stayed silent for years to avoid controversy but finally decided to speak up.

Despite acknowledging the pain those remarks caused, D-Von explained that forgiveness is central to his faith.

“I forgave him, but I don’t have to forget,” D-Von said. “You can’t judge people by the color of their skin. But if someone sincerely apologizes, why not forgive? You can’t bring yesterday back – you can only live in today.”

He said the same philosophy guided how he moved past previous tension with Hulk Hogan and former TNA president Dixie Carter.

“I’m not telling people to forget what Hogan said, but at least try to forgive. We all make mistakes. We all shoot off at the mouth when we shouldn’t.”

D-Von added that his decision wasn’t about protecting reputations or currying favor – it’s about peace of mind.

“I’m not holier than thou. I’ve made mistakes too. Forgiveness doesn’t mean weakness, it means I’ve let go of the anger.”

For those who don’t know, D-Von had issues with Dixie over how his first TNA run ended. However, D-Von buried the hatchet with Dixie at Hulk Hogan’s funeral.

In a previous interview, D-Von also talked about how Hogan saved his career multiple times and apologized to him for his past racist comments in his infamous leaked tape.

• Eric Bischoff Exposes Vince McMahon’s Hypocrisy

Eric Bischoff shared an interesting story on his 83 Weeks podcast about Vince McMahon’s behind-the-scenes tactics during the Monday Night War.

According to Bischoff, McMahon went as far as to write letters to Ted Turner – and even to U.S. Senators – complaining about WCW’s use of blood during broadcasts.

“Vince was trying to get Turner executives and even politicians to put pressure on us,” Bischoff recalled. “He claimed we were setting a bad example because of blading.”

Ironically, not long after WCW banned blood to comply with the complaints, WWF started using blood on television again.

“That’s Vince,” Bischoff said. “He’d play the PR game, make us look like villains, and then turn around and do the same thing himself. It was classic manipulation.”

Bischoff called it a turning point in the rivalry, when he realized how far McMahon would go to protect his image while sabotaging WCW behind the scenes.
