3-time WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart recently sparked controversy by claiming that Shawn Michaels and Vince McMahon’s relationship went far beyond the usual wrestler-promoter dynamic.
The Hitman implied that the two were closer than anyone knew, saying he felt like he was pushed out of the picture and treated unfairly because of it. He described the situation as being caught between two lovers, and alleged that Shawn’s jealousy over Hart’s position led him to cozy up to McMahon in order to secure his own spot.
While speaking on his Kliq This podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash, the former Tag Team partner of Shawn Michaels, dismissed the claim that The Heart Break Kid was sleeping with Mr. McMahon and stated that Bret’s health struggles may have influenced the statement.
“I spent the better part of 3 years of my life with Shawn Michaels, and I never remember having a double knockout with Vince during any of our travel. Listen, I’ve heard a lot of sh*t about Vince. Never that. I read that and I didn’t buy that sh*t when I heard it.
I think [Bret] has PTSD, but also he suffered from a bit of brain damage from the stroke. And strokes change you, not just physically but emotionally as well. Bret’s had a rough life.”
Bret Hart Says Vince McMahon Was A Bi$exual Predator & Fell In Love With Ultimate Warrior
After claiming that Vince McMahon and Shawn Michaels were lovers, Bret Hart claimed that Vince was in love with The Ultimate Warrior as well.
Here’s what The Hitman said in an interview with Inside The Ropes:
“No one liked Ultimate Warrior. I think Vince McMahon picked Warrior because he was in love with him. I mean that in an honest way. I really think Vince fell in love with Warrior. I don’t know what they did behind closed doors or anything, but I really don’t know.
My suspicions are higher than they used to be. I don’t know that Warrior was the only one either. I say that, but I really mean it now that I think it’s common knowledge that Vince was a bi$exual predator.
I mean that, and I think that’s probably why I only got the (WWF World Heavyweight) Title 5 times.”
