After the match, Ospreay declared that Matthews & Brody King have both given him great matches and don’t need a leader in Malakai Black.
– Private Party had a celebration for their successful AEW World Tag Team Title defense. The Hurt Syndicate interrupted. Bobby Lashley proposed a toast to The Hurt Syndicate taking the AEW Tag Team Titles away from them.
– Bobby Lashley (with MVP) def. Mark Briscoe
– Powerhouse Hobbs won the Casino Gauntlet Match and will face Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship at Maximum Carnage
– Jeff Jarrett said he wants to win the AEW World Title before he retires from in-ring competition. MJF interrupted and said that he heard that Double J only signed a one year contract and the clock is ticking. MJF said he’s already made history as the longest reigning AEW World Champion and offered to help Jarrett win the title, and in return, Jarrett must give MJF the first title defense. Jarrett said he’s fought from the bottom before and has no problem doing it again, and declined MJF’s offer.

– Cope (Edge) said that Jon Moxley & The Death Riders made it personal when they went after FTR. Cope said he once broke his neck facing Eddie Guerrero and he got back up and won the match, that he once broke his leg in a Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match against Malakai Black and got back up and won the match. Cope questioned what Moxley thinks he can do against him that will keep him down for good. The Death Riders attacked Rated FTR. Marina Shafir handed Moxley a bag to suffocate Cope, but Powerhouse Hobbs made the save.

– Kris Statlander def. Willow Nightingale and Toni Storm in a Triple Threat Match to earn the #1 entry in next week’s Women’s Casino Gauntlet Match
– Kenny Omega made his return to Dynamite. Kenny said the last year has been a roller coaster ride with needing surgery, and wanting to get back in the ring. After his surgery, the doctors told him he would be lucky if he ever returned to his old way of life, or the ring. Omega said the man he is today is a new Kenny Omega and wants to see what he can do.
Don Callis confronted Omega and welcomed him back from the dead. Omega went after Callis, but he got ambushed by Kyle Fletcher, Brian Cage & Lance Archer. Will Ospreay made the save and helped Omega fight them off.
Omega will face Brian Cage on next week’s Dynamite.
