– Blackpool Combat Club said that they have an AEW World Trios Title defense next week and asked Wheeler Yuta to show up. Yuta said he is conflicted by their recent events but if The BCC are defending their Titles, then he will do what he has to do.
– Renee Paquette interviewed The Patriarchy while Kip Sabian watches from a distance. Christian Cage got upset and told Kip that if he sees Kip’s face again, he will put him in the dirt right next to his dead father.
– Yuka Sakazaki & Queen Aminata def. AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May & Serena Deeb via DQ after Mariah hit Yuka with the Title belt
– Mina Shirakawa said she is coming.
– Blackpool Combat Club beat down Private Party & Komander. Jon Moxley grabbed a hammer and said that it’s time to give Private Party an obstacle to over come, and smashed Kassidy’s hand. Darby Allin came out and took out Claudio Castagnoli, while Moxley left. Darby said he is not the same guy Moxley met years ago, and declared that he is going to run through Moxley at Grand Slam, and then move on to WrestleDream, where he will become the next AEW World Champion.

– In a backstage segment, Ricochet said he talked to Tony Khan and got himself a match against Will Ospreay for the AEW International Championship on AEW Dynamite’s 5-year anniversary on October 2nd.

– “Hangman” Adam Page said he knew the day would come where Swerve Strickland would be dealt with and that he’d be gone. Page said he now needs to deal with the people who supported and cheered for Swerve all the way to him becoming AEW World Champion. Page said while he was sitting at home suspended one voice was loud and clear in supporting Swerve from the commentary desk, and it was WCW Legend Tony Schiavone. Page backed Schiavone into a corner, but Jeff Jarrett made the save. Jarrett promised that if it’s the last thing he does in his career, The Last Outlaw is gonna kick his a$$.
