– Ricky Starks won the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royale and will face MJF for the Diamond Ring and AEW World Championship at AEW Dynamite: Winter is Coming.

MJF came out after the match. MJF called Starks a candy a$$ and said Starks stole everything from The Rock, and is a Dollar Store Dwayne, so he’ll call him The Pebble.

Starks called MJF a Maxipad and a 5th rate Roddy Piper. Starks said that MJF doesn’t have the responsibility to be the AEW World Champion. Starks claimed he kept the people going and delivered every single time while MJF walked out and took three months off because he wasn’t getting paid enough.

Ricky said he lives with dignity and respect while MJF knows nothing of the sort. MJF low-blowed Ricky and tried to hit with the Diamond Ring, but Starks took him out with a Spear.

After the match, William Regal appeared via a pre-recorded video and said that he’s Blackpool Combat Club until the day he dies and left them with a final lesson – always stay one step ahead and always keep eyes in the back of your head.
