– Jon Moxley (fka Dean Ambrose in WWE) is looking to become the first man to hold the WWE Championship, AEW World Championship and the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship in NJPW.
Below is what Moxley said about winning the top title of New Japan Pro Wrestling during an interview with Tokyo Sports:
“I’ve become both the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and the AEW World Champion, but I haven’t become the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion yet.
If I win all three titles, I don’t think there’s anyone out there who’s wrapped up?
If I’m going to fight Sanada, I have an image of myself as the IWGP World Champion, so it might be interesting.”
Sanada recently defeated AEW wrestler “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry to retain the IWGP World Heavyweight Title at the AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door PPV.
– Below are the Viewership and 18-49 Demo Rating numbers for WWE & AEW’s TV shows in the US for last week:
RAW drew 1.97 million viewers with a 0.61 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is up from previous week’s 1.82 million viewers with a 0.56 rating.
NXT drew 622,000 viewers with a 0.17 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is down from previous week’s 773,000 viewers with a 0.23 rating.
Dynamite drew 809,000 viewers with a 0.24 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is down from previous week’s 902,000 viewers with a 0.33 rating. This rating was the lowest since the June 24th 2020 episode.
SmackDown drew 2.51 million viewers with a 0.69 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is up from previous week’s 2.35 million viewers with a 0.61 rating.
Rampage drew 450,000 viewers with a 0.13 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is up from previous week’s 391,000 viewers with a 0.11 rating.
Collision drew 452,000 viewers with a 0.13 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is down from previous week’s 595,000 viewers with a 0.21 rating.
