Below are some top AEW & WWE news stories of the day.

• AEW star Nyla Rose remains banned from competing against biological females in Oklahoma, as the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission (OSAC) continues to uphold its controversial ruling.

The decision stems from state regulations prohibiting intergender matches, which also affects transgender wrestlers like Rose.

Nyla Rose publicly criticized Oklahoma for preventing her from wrestling biological females in the state, and AEW president Tony Khan has also expressed disappointment with the ruling.

Despite multiple meetings and debates within the OSAC, which began after a December 2023 match involving Rose, the commission has decided to maintain the ban. While some argue that the law, requiring athletes to compete based on biological sex, does not apply to professional wrestling, the OSAC has chosen to uphold its stance.
