• AEW Star Wanted To Kiss The Undertaker On The Lips
After runs with ECW (1996) and WCW (1996-1999), Chris Jericho wrestled for the World Wrestling Federation (later WWE) from 1999 to 2005 and again from 2007 until 2010 and from 2011 till 2018.
In late 2001, he became the first ever Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion, thus unifying the by far most prestigious World Titles on the planet, the WWF Championship and the WCW World Heavyweight Championship.
In his book ‘Undisputed: How to Become the World Champion in 1,372 Easy Steps’, Y2J told an interesting story that involves memories of him and The Undertaker drinking heavily on an overseas tour in Tokyo, Japan.
Here’s what Jericho wrote:
“Because we were taping both shows in Tokyo, it was a rare tour that boasted both the RAW and SmackDown rosters. The whole crew had gone out to Roppongi the night before and gotten totally shmammered.
I don’t remember much about the whole evening, except for the fact that I spent a good portion of it trying to convince The Undertaker to let me kiss him on the lips. There was no way the Fonz was going to allow that to happen, but he did let me kiss him on the cheek, so it wasn’t a total wash.”
