On this day in 1990, the World Wrestling Federation aired an episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF Prime Time Wrestling’.

• AEW Takes A Shot At Vince McMahon During Being The Elite

During a recent edition of “Being The Elite” on YouTube, the All Elite Wrestling stuff took shots at Vince McMahon.

During the video, Peter Avalon, Sammy Guevara and Jack Evans were all standing in a queue outside an “EVP” office. The first one to head inside was Avalon.

Avalon expressed his disappointment on The Librarian character and said that it felt dumb, while talking to Trevor and Arthur. Arthur disagreed with him, while telling him that the gimmick was gold. He also said that Avalon was just being an idiot.

Trevor calmed down Arthur and said that he appreciated what Avalon thought, but on the other hand, he disagreed with him, telling him that their huge team of writers took a lot of time to develop the character and that “it’s really good sh*t” (this was a shot at Vince as Jon Moxley revealed during his appearance on Talk Is Jericho that Vince says that a lot about his ideas).

Avalon replied by telling Trevor to give them what they want on the show. Arthur told Trevor that he would be surprised if Trevor gets the gimmick over with the crowd. Following that, Trevor sneezed which got Arthur annoyed. This was another Vince McMahon reference, as he gets annoyed whenever someone sneezes (even if it’s him!).
