• AEW Wrestler Isn’t Impressed By WWE’s New Video Game
For the first time in 8 years, 2K won’t release a simulation game for WWE. The company has announced that they’ll be releasing an arcade game this year instead, titled “WWE 2K Battlegrounds“.
While this is a smart move to ensure that the next simulation game 2K produces for WWE won’t be as disappointing as WWE 2K20, some fans didn’t like the idea of an arcade game. They called it just a remake of WWE All Stars.
Not only fans, but some wrestlers aren’t pleased about the announcement as well.
AEW’s Big Swole (wife of WWE RAW wrestler Cedric Alexander) shares the same opinion with many fans, as she thinks that WWE 2K Battlegrounds is just going to be a copy of All Stars.
Below is what she tweeted:
So basically All-Stars…..? https://t.co/xFyEcLkf1C
