• AEW Wrestler Slapped Cody Rhodes After Rampage Tapings (Spoiler)
After this past Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling taped tonight’s Christmas special episode of AEW Rampage.
In the main event of the show, Cody Rhodes defeated Sammy Guevara to win the TNT Championship.
Cody is a 3-time TNT Champion now.
After the Rampage tapings ended, Tony Khan and David Crockett came to the ring. Tony congratulated Cody on his Title win and the crowd gave a mixed reaction.
Tony then called Hook (Taz’s son) to the ring. Cody offered a handshake to Hook. Hook hesitated at first, but then shook it and then slapped Cody.
This fan-filmed video was available to watch on YouTube, but AEW took it down.
