• Andrade Comments On His Release From WWE

Former United States Champion Andrade has been granted his release from WWE.

WWE issued the following statement after the Fastlane 2021 pay-per-view went off the air last night:

“WWE has come to terms on the release of Andrade. We wish him all the best in all of his future endeavors.”

Andrade tweeted the following about his release:

“I want to thank @TripleH, @HeymanHustle and @RealKingRegal for all these years and great support that they gave me all these years also to the fans who were always supporting me, a big hug to all the talent and workers who always behaved kindly to me.”

Below are Andrade’s accomplishments in WWE:

– 1x NXT Champion

– 1x United States Champion

Fightful Select noted that Andrade can still use his name outside of WWE:

“Andrade will be able to continue to use the “Andrade” name, but not the extension of “Cien Almas” that he used in NXT.”
