• Another Confirmation Regarding SummerSlam 2018 Return
As we noted before, Dirty Sheets reported that former WWE Champion Dean Ambrose is scheduled to return at SummerSlam 2018 to be in Seth Rollins’ corner during the Intercontinental Championship match against Dolph Ziggler (with Drew McIntyre in his corner).
Another source that has confirmed this report is WrestleVotes:
Talking with a source who’s heard Dean Ambrose is expected back this week. Most likely Sunday at SummerSlam to be in Seth Rollins corner for his match vs Dolph Ziggler. That match will stay one on one, but mix of Ambrose & McIntyre on the outside should be good.
— WrestleVotes (@WrestleVotes) August 13, 2018
Ambrose has been out of action since December 2017 due to a triceps injury.
