Kiana James’ WWE status is in question after being pulled from the active roster. After joining WWE in 2022 and becoming a Women’s Tag Team Champion in NXT, James was called up to RAW following WrestleMania 40. Despite this, she’s only made a few TV appearances since.
PWInsider reports that James has been moved to WWE’s miscellaneous roster internally, typically reserved for talent unable to perform due to injury or other reasons.
It’s unclear why she was moved, but her last match was in June on RAW, a Money In The Bank Qualifying match against Zelina Vega and IYO SKY.
Odyssey Jones was pulled from the active roster recently as well, because of domestic violence allegations against him. Some sources are reporting that he has been released from the company.
