After Joe Biden was projected to be the next President of United States, the pro-wrestling world had different reactions to it.

Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn is satisfied with the result, and sent out the following tweet about it:

“One petty reason I dislike Trump is that he has infringed on my gimmick of being a delusional, cowardly heel.

Not even joking. So much of the arrogance, paranoia, victimhood & denial that has long been the language of the heel wrestler is now attributed to him & it pisses me off.”

WWF Attitude Era Veteran Val Venis responded the following to him:

“Hey @SamiZayn! Were you born STUPID or is your STUPIDITY a recent development?”

Zayn’s best friend, Kevin Owens, tweeted the following in response to Venis’ tweet:

“I remember in the early 2000’s when I’d picture the day Generico would get berated on the Internet by a pot-obsessed, pornstar-portraying ex-wrestler because of Donald Trump.

It’s about time!”

Venis also said the following about Sami Zayn being the Intercontinental Champion:
