โข Austin Theory Planted Seeds For His Rumored WrestleMania 39 Match Tonight
As we have reported before, WWE wants to do John Cena vs. Austin Theory at WrestleMania 39.
The seeds for this match were first planted on the June 27th episode of RAW, where Theory confronted Cena in a backstage segment.
On WWE’s The Bump, before tonight’s Survivor Series 2022 premium live event, Theory took another shot at Cena.
Below is what he said about his United States Championship match against Seth Rollins & Bobby Lashley:
“For all of you out here, all of you that don’t believe in me and don’t care about my achievements and don’t care about tonight. You should care, because tonight, you are gonna go home right here in Boston, MA and you were gonna watch me become a 2-time United States Champion because I’m that good.
You think I give a damn if John Cena is from here? I don’t. I’m better than him.
I’m gonna show each and every one of you, Bobby Lashley, Seth Rollins, you’re all the same. And me? I’m going straight to the damn top.”
