Up next at WWE Backlash 2023 is the 6-man tag team match. The Bloodline (The Usos & Solo Sikoa) make their way out first, followed by Matt Riddle and Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn.
Usos & Sikoa, who are the sons of WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, are making history tonight. The WWE Stats account noted the following:
“What do The Bloodline and The Hart family have in common?
Only once in WWE has there been a PPV tag team match that features 3+ siblings (and no other partners). It was Survivor Series 1993; the Harts.
Tonight at Backlash, The Usos & Solo Sikoa join them on this list.”
The match begins and Solo keeps on tagging himself in the match to show how it’s done.
WWE has been teasing the possibility of Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa turning on Jimmy & Jey Uso for a while now.
On last night’s SmackDown, Solo told The Usos that they better do their part at Backlash.
Fans are chanting “We Want Roman” during this match.
Jey Uso got heated at Solo at one point and slapped him hard on the shoulder to tag himself in. Sami hit Jey with the Helluva Kick and went for the cover, but Solo broke it up.
Solo laid out Owens with a Samoan Spike. Solo then almost hit Jey with the Samoan Spike and Jey got mad.
Sikoa hits the Samoan Spike on Riddle to pick up the win.
The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa & The Usos) def. Matt Riddle and Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn
