Below are a couple of top AEW & WWE news stories of the day, featuring Death Riders and Bianca Belair.

• The Death Riders storyline will continue in All Elite Wrestling, as Jon Moxley defeated Christian Cage and Cope (Edge aka Adam Copeland) in a Triple Threat Match to retain the AEW World Championship in the main event of Revolution 2025.

According to Sean Ross Sapp on the Fightful Select Q&A show, most people backstage in AEW know that the Death Riders story hasn’t been hot, despite people liking the wrestlers involved in this story.

Swerve Strickland became the #1 Contender for the AEW World Title by defeating Ricochet at Revolution. Strickland ended the PPV by attacking Moxley and saying he’ll be the next AEW World Champion.

• On Friday’s SmackDown, Bianca Belair called out Naomi and asked if she attacked Jade Cargill. Naomi said she thinks Jade has been piggybacking off of Bianca. Bianca said is it a yes or a no. Naomi said:

“I did it. I did it for you. I did it for us.”

Bianca told her they’re done as a tag team and left the ring, which led to Naomi calling Bianca an ungrateful b*tch, thus officially turning heel. Cargill came out and took out Naomi.

On the Fightful Select Q&A, Sean Ross Sapp was asked if Bianca will eventually be revealed to be in cahoots with Naomi. Sean said that won’t be the case, as he asked about it to his source backstage.

Bianca is currently scheduled to face IYO SKY for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 41. On the other hand, Jade Cargill vs. Naomi is rumored for WrestleMania as well.
