• Backstage News On CM Punk Possibly Getting Fired From AEW Today

As we all know by now, AEW World Champion CM Punk’s comments at the All Out media scrum resulted in a fight backstage.

Punk threw punches at Young Bucks, AEW Producer & Punk’s friend Ace Steel bit Kenny Omega & pulled his hair and Nick Jackson got hit in the eye with a chair.

According to Sports Illustrated, everyone involved in this fight has been suspended.

Below is the list of names that got suspended:

– Kenny Omega

– Matt Jackson

– Nick Jackson

– Pat Buck

– Christopher Daniels

– Michael Nakazawa

– Brandon Cutler

Punk and Steel are either on the suspended list, or will get fired from the company by the end of the day.

SI added that Punk met with AEW President Tony Khan on Tuesday to discuss how his exit from the company could be handled:

“Multiple sources have shared that Punk and Ace Steel will either be among those suspended, or will no longer be with the company by the end of Wednesday.

Punk met with Khan on Tuesday, so the two had an opportunity to discuss how that exit could be handled.

Per sources, an external third-party investigation will be conducted to examine what transpired.”

Hangman Page left the building after the show, so he wasn’t a part of the backstage fight and wasn’t suspended.
