In the main event of this week’s RAW, Liv Morgan defeated Becky Lynch in a Steel Cage Match by escaping the cage to retain the Women’s World Championship, after interference from Dominik Mysterio.
This was the last match on Becky’s current WWE contract, as her contract expires this Saturday on June 1st and she still hasn’t signed a new deal, according to Fightful Select.
After RAW, Becky tweeted the following:
“To be continued.”

PWTorch also reports that sources indicate she has not renewed her WWE contract. Those she has informed say she is not planning to join AEW anytime soon but will be taking a break from WWE.
The Wrestling Observer reported that Becky is going on an extended leave from WWE:
“Becky Lynch did not renew. Becky Lynch is taking an extended leave. From what I was told, it’s not like a short period of time. She was looking for a long period of time out.
If [Seth Rollins is] not on the road, it makes sense for her not to be on the road. They can’t be hurting for money or anything where they need it right now, and maybe she’s looking at other things.”
Xero News further added that Becky is expected to remain on hiatus for the rest of 2024, and then return on the road to WrestleMania 41.
