Veer was a part of Jinder Mahal’s stable on RAW (along with Shanky), but they got separated during the Draft.

Jinder & Shanky were drafted to SmackDown, while Veer remained on RAW.

Since then, WWE has been airing vignettes for his new singles run on RAW, and changed his name to Veer Mahaan.

They began airing the vignettes of “Veer Mahaan is coming to RAW” in October and now the year is over and he still hasn’t arrived.

According to Fightful Select, WWE didn’t have any significant plans for Veer when they began airing these vignettes, but they now know that these vignettes have a comical value, as there are a lot of memes going on regarding when Veer will finally come.

It’s safe to assume that Veer will most probably show up during the Men’s Royal Rumble 2022 match now.

Another vignette regarding Veer aired on this week’s RAW, and WWE’s Twitter account posted a tweet that read “Send Veer”, referencing the “Send Hook” line from AEW.

This led to a fan tweeting the following to Taz (AEW wrestler Hook’s father):

“Even WWE can’t get enough of your son huh?”

Taz had the following response:

“haha, I guess not!”
