• Backstage News On What AEW Thinks About Daniel Bryan’s Situation With WWE

As we reported yesterday, Daniel Bryan’s WWE contract has legitimately expired and he’s no longer with WWE. He lost to Roman Reigns on last week’s SmackDown, where his career on the blue brand was on the line.

Bryan has not signed with any other professional wrestling promotion yet.

According to Fightful Select, multiple sources within All Elite Wrestling “fully expect Bryan to remain with WWE” and some even said they heard he is going nowhere and will stay with McMahon’s company.

Other than going to AEW, he could also possibly join IMPACT Wrestling (fka TNA) or just tour the Independent Scene (including Ring of Honor) like he did before his WWE career.

But could this entire ‘Free Agent’ story about Daniel Bryan be just a work and could he have secretly re-signed with WWE already without telling anyone?

We will keep you updated about the situation, so please keep checking WWFOldSchool.com or our WrestleFeed App for further information.
