• Backstage News On When Roman Reigns vs. Karrion Kross Will Take Place

As seen in the main event segment of last week’s SmackDown, Karrion Kross & Scarlett returned to WWE.

The former 2-time NXT Champion attacked Drew McIntyre and then signaled that he’s coming for Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

Scarlett then placed a sand clock in the ring in front of The Tribal Chief to send a message.

On tonight’s SmackDown, Kross claimed that Drew McIntyre & Roman Reigns are the chosen ones while he and Scarlett are the forgotten ones, and they waited for the perfect time to strike.

As we noted before, WWE is rumoured to split the Undisputed Title and Kross is expected to challenge Reigns for one of the World Titles.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Reigns vs. Kross will either take place on an episode of SmackDown or at Survivor Series 2022:

“Reigns is not booked on Extreme Rules in Philadelphia at this point. If they go with Reigns vs. Kross, as things stand right now, it would either be TV or the earliest would be Survivor Series barring the weekly circumstances involved in wrestling.”

• Old School Wrestling Veteran Celebrates His Birthday

Old School WCW/WWF Veteran “Travis” Chad Fortune turns 55 today.

If you watched the World Wrestling Federation in 1995-1996, you’re certainly going to remember ‘Tekno Team 2000’ featuring him as Travis, who teamed up with Eric Watts (as Troy).

In 1997, he joined Ted Turner’s WCW as a singles wrestler but never made it above the status of a jobber to the stars.

After Chad Fortune’s pro wrestling career didn’t took off, he quit the sport and got into Monster Truck driving.
