It looks like Goldberg won’t be interfering in the Gunther vs. Cody Rhodes match today at Crown Jewel as he’s not in Saudi Arabia.
He posted a video on Instagram and said the following:
“What’s up, everybody? We’ve got one hell of a sports betting weekend. I’m sitting here in the parking lot of the Georgia / Florida game, about to go on TV here in a moment with the SEC Nation, Tim Tebow, we’ve got a huge announcement for you guys.
Obviously, it is a huge sports betting weekend, NCAA games going on. You’ve got Ohio State against Penn State, and you’ve got Georgia versus Florida.
Colorado is off this weekend, but cool information, you can bet on the WWE. Lay your money down and see who wins the belt tonight in Saudi Arabia.”

Ahead of Crown Jewel, World Heavyweight Champion Gunther sent a warning to Goldberg.
Here’s what The Ring General said during his appearance on La Previa de WWE: Crown Jewel:
“I was invited out there to speak about the Crown Jewel Championship and we had a lot of legends in the house, and I met a lot of them backstage and one of the very few that I didn’t meet that I just saw was there before was Goldberg so when our eyes crossed, basically, I was like, why not break some balls a little bit?
He doesn’t seem able to take things lightly. I tried to lighten up the mood a little bit.
If push comes to shove and he thinks he wants to get back into the business and wrestle again, then, I’m happy to teach him a lesson.”
