Chris Jericho Comments On His Retirement & Return, Reveals His Favorite Match

During a recent edition of The Ross Report podcast, WWF Legend Chris Jericho talked about if he’s considering retirement from Pro-Wrestling and his return. Below are the highlights:

On if he’s considering retiring from Pro-Wrestling:

“No, I am not there; never. The last run I had in 2016 with Kevin Owens and the Festival of Friendship and all that stuff, it was one of my favorite runs, one of my top two favorite runs.”

On his return to WWE:

“I enjoyed the Kevin Owens storyline so much. Once it ended, I knew that I needed to get away for a while because I knew there was nothing that can compare to that. It’s good to step away and step aside for a bit, but when the time comes I am sure I will be back, but until then I am so busy that you will be seeing me all the time anyways.”

Speaking of Jericho, he revealed on Instagram that his World Title Ladder match against Shawn Michaels at No Mercy 2008 is his favorite match of all time from his career. Below is what he wrote:

“When people ask me what my favorite match is, I always say the ladder match vs. Shawn Michaels from No Mercy on Oct 5, 2008! The match, the story, the build up, the finish…it was the culmination of one of the best told stories & angles in @wwe history! Thanks Shawn!”
