AEW’s special “Title Tuesday” episode of Dynamite will go head-to-head with WWE NXT tonight.

WWE has made a lot of moves over the last week to win the ratings war against AEW, and AEW President Tony Khan has announced his bigg moves as well.

Khan announced that the first 30 minutes of Dynamite will be commercial free. This decision comes hours after WWE announced that the first 30 minutes of NXT will be commercial free.

The AEW President has also announced a special “Buy In” pre-show for Dynamite, which will be 30 minutes long and will feature Eddie Kingston defending the ROH World and NJPW Strong Openweight Championships against Minoru Suzuki. The Buy-In show will air on AEW’s social media channels.

Tony also tweeted:

“Get behind @AEW, nobody does big events better than us! We’re on our best run ever & we’d love if you’d join us for Tuesday Night #AEWDynamite: Title Tuesday!”

Khan also took a shot at WWE for booking so many big names on NXT to counter program Dynamite.

He posted a GIF with the caption:

“Okay, you want to be a d*ck…”

A fan replied to Khan that they won’t be watching Dynamite, to which the AEW President replied the following (along with posting a GIF of Rodrick Strong saying ‘who gives a f**k?!?):

“Ok, we won’t see you tomorrow night for Title Tuesday #AEWDynamite then!”

Haus Of Wrestling posted a report this morning, which stated that Triple H and Shawn Michaels want to send a message to Tony with tonight’s show, and show exactly what AEW’s level is, as they feel Tony has this false sense of reality that All Elite Wrestling is a big deal because they beat WWE’s 3rd TV show in the ratings for a while.

Triple H reportedly feels this way because he thinks Tony could’ve easily put Dynamite on Thursdays back when they launched the show in 2019, but Tony wanted to pick a fight and that’s why he chose Wednesday nights, where NXT was already airing for years.

Tony saw this report and tweeted a photo that reads “Bald A**hole”, and revealed his latest tactic for tonight – a big overrun:

“I have a message for them:

See you TONIGHT at a special Tuesday Night #AEWDynamite: Title Fight Tuesday at 8pm ET/7pm CT on @TBSNetwork

At least the first 30 Minutes Are Commercial-Free, + a big overrun TONIGHT!”
