Big Return Possible Next Week In WWE, Steve Austin Says Bringing Race Card In Titus O’ Neil Incident Is Stupid, WWE Star Rushed To Return From Injury, When Will Finn Balor & Samoa Joe Come To The Main Roster?

1. The Undertaker Possibly Returning Next Week

It is being reported that The Undertaker is scheduled to return next week, either at Fastlane 2016 or the next night on Raw.

Speaking of The Undertaker, WWE officials have decided The Undertaker’s WrestleMania 32 opponent, according to Wrestling Observer.

We don’t know who it exactly is, however, word is that it is someone who isn’t on the WWE roster at the moment, and that this match will be the selling point for WrestleMania this year.

Below are all the big names from the world of Pro-Wrestling who aren’t on the WWE roster at the moment:

– “Stone Cold” Steve Austin
– The Rock
– Goldberg
– Kurt Angle
– Sting
– Hulk Hogan
– Shawn Michaels
– Batista

From the above names, Hulk Hogan would definitely not be the one to face Taker as he won’t be allowed back in WWE before WrestleMania 32. The Rock won’t be wrestling at this WrestleMania due to his movie commitments. Steve Austin & Shawn Michaels have stated multiple times that they won’t be returning for one more match. Batista recently declined an offer for WrestleMania 32 due to creative reasons. Sting suffered a neck injury in his last match and WWE won’t be taking any risk with a 56 year old man (57 by the time of WrestleMania 32).

Now this leaves us with 2 big names, who aren’t on the WWE roster, who could be The Undertaker’s WrestleMania 32 opponent: Goldberg & Kurt Angle.

We reported previously that WWE wants to sign Goldberg to a 6 month deal and have him appear at WrestleMania 32. With this year’s WrestleMania being very weak on star power, signing Goldberg to a deal and putting him in a match with The Undertaker would definitely help the PPV in a HUGE way.
