Fightful Select has provided the following two spoilers for tonight’s episode of SmackDown:
– The feud between The New Day & The Viking Raiders will continue, where Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods will mock Erik & Ivar’s old character:
“The New Day and Viking Raiders program is set to continue on Friday’s Smackdown, with New Day planned to play off of Viking Raiders’ former fun-loving persona.
Original plans as of Thursday night called for New Day to dress up as the duo, mocking them.”
– The Special Guest Referee for The Usos vs. Street Profits match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship at SummerSlam 2022 is scheduled to be revealed tonight. WWE has also confirmed this in their SmackDown preview.

– SmackDown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan vs. Natalya
– Mr. Money In The Bank Theory vs. Madcap Moss
– Jimmy Uso vs. Angelo Dawkins

On this day in Pro Wrestling history on July 15, 1995, ECW hosted “Heatwave 1995: Rage In The Cage!” in the ECW Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The 1996 edition of Extreme Championship Wrestling’s annual Heatwave event saw a total of 3 Main Events, including 2 Steel Cage matches at the end of the card and one World Heavyweight Championship match in the middle of the card.
ECW World Champion The Sandman defended his belt against Axl Rotten, while Stevie Richards faced Luna Vachon in a rare inter-gender steel cage match, plus the Gangstas and Public Enemy collided in the second cage match of the night, which was also the last match on the card.
