14. Paul Heyman Wants To See Brock Lesnar vs. Finn Balor For The WWE Universal Championship

It was announced that former WWE Universal Champion Finn Balor would face fellow former Bullet Club member Karl Anderson on Raw. Balor came out for the match, but first cut a promo about facing Brock Lesnar after he wins at Extreme Rules 2017.

This led to Paul Heyman returning to WWE programming and said no matter who Brock Lesnar defends the WWE Universal Championship against next, “The Beast Incarnate” intends to make that Superstar a victim and a member of Suplex City.

Heyman then went on to say the following:

“Of all the possibilities at Extreme Rules…I’m most intrigued at Brock Lesnar vs. Finn Balor.”

They were then interrupted by former Raw Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson and the match between Balor & Anderson began.

Balor went on to defeat Anderson.
