Below are a couple of top AEW & WWE news stories of the day.
• AEW is set to expand its reach in 2025 with a new digital platform likely becoming one of its pay-per-view carriers.
According to Wrestlenomics, AEW pay-per-views are expected to be available on Amazon Prime Video later this year. While AEW and Prime Video have yet to confirm this, the report states that fans in the US, Canada, and the UK will be able to purchase All Elite Wrestling PPVs through the platform.
It’s currently unclear if this will be in place for AEW Revolution on March 9. However, when it happens, it will offer fans another way to access AEW’s major events.
AEW already provides several options for fans worldwide to watch their pay-per-view shows. In the United States, Canada, and other international markets, fans can purchase AEW PPVs through TrillerTV.
Another major platform is PPV.com, which is available in North America and other regions, offering easy access to AEW’s biggest events.

• WWE is gearing up for WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas this April, but the locations for future WrestleMania events remain uncertain.
In June 2024, WWE and Indiana Sports Corp announced an agreement to host WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and the Royal Rumble in Indianapolis. The Royal Rumble will take place on February 1, 2025, at Lucas Oil Stadium, which is also set to host two-night SummerSlam and WrestleMania events in future years. Additional WWE shows, including RAW, SmackDown, and NXT, will take place in arenas across Indiana, including Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Evansville.
Despite speculation, the Wrestling Observer clarified: “Rumors of WrestleMania in 2027 in Indianapolis aren’t true. There is a WrestleMania date coming to Indianapolis but it’s many years from now, I believe in the early 2030s.”
The last WrestleMania held in Indianapolis was WrestleMania VIII in 1992 at the Hoosier Dome.
