Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day, featuring Travis Scott, Becky Lynch, & Joe Hendry.
• Big Update On Travis Scott’s WWE Future
It looks like Travis Scott will wrestle a match in WWE later this year. PWN reported the following:
“I’ve been informed that there is a pitch for John Cena and Travis Scott to work a tag team match together at some point this year. Nothing concrete as of right now.”
On The Pat McAfee Show, The Rock talked about Travis Scott getting involved in the WrestleMania 41 main event between Cody Rhodes and John Cena for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
The Final Boss revealed that Scott plans to train with 2-time WWE Hall of Famer Booker T:
“Look, I love Travis Scott got involved and I’ll tell you why. Because he loves wrestling. He’s a huge fan and he respects it. He’s working his a$$ off. I know that he has plans to train with Booker T. I don’t know if it’s happening already. It might be, not quite too sure there on his schedule. But he loves the business.
Now I was just as surprised to see Travis Scott as well, and I knew the moment I saw Travis Scott, well, that immediately amplifies, ‘Well, here comes The Final Boss.'”
Rhodes laid out Scott with a Cross Rhodes, but eventually lost to Cena.

• Backstage News On Becky Lynch & Joe Hendry’s Surprise Appearances At WrestleMania 41
WWE went to great lengths to protect their biggest surprises heading into WrestleMania 41, taking extra precautions to ensure that key moments weren’t spoiled ahead of time.
According to a report from PWInsider, WWE intentionally left the names of certain performers off internal documents and live production run sheets to preserve the element of surprise for viewers and talent alike.
One of the most tightly guarded appearances was that of TNA World Champion Joe Hendry, who made a shocking appearance to face Randy Orton. Hendry was “kept completely off official materials,” and was hidden backstage until just moments before he walked out in front of the crowd.
Another surprise moment came when Becky Lynch returned to team with Lyra Valkyria. Though Lynch was reportedly seen rehearsing in the ring earlier in the day, PWInsider notes that she, too, was not listed internally. Despite her presence being slightly more visible than Hendry’s, WWE still managed to keep her involvement largely under wraps until showtime.
The behind-the-scenes secrecy paid off, as both moments landed with impact and caught many fans off guard.
