On this day in Pro Wrestling history on January 25, 1995, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling aired ‘WCW Clash Of The Champions 30’ LIVE on TBS from the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Caesars Palace has also been the location of WWF WrestleMania IX, almost 2 years earlier, but while the World Wrestling Federation went for the open-air arena, WCW booked their Clash event to be held in the indoor arena.

• Big Update On Possible Return Date For XFL

PWInsider is reporting that WWE’s production team has been instructed to start working on video footage to promote the return of XFL (or whatever it’s going to be called this time).

Vince McMahon is currently working on giving a proper foundation to XFL, which means building up the rosters and coaches. PWInsider revealed that XFL is slated to return in 2020.
