Becky Lynch’s recent re-signing with WWE has put an end to weeks of speculation about her future, paving the way for her next chapter in the company as the road to WrestleMania 41 heats up.

While “The Man” has yet to return to WWE television, plans for her role at the marquee event are reportedly already in motion.

According to Billi Bhatti, WWE has tentatively set its sights on a highly anticipated rematch between Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley for WrestleMania 41. Bhatti noted:

“We moved onto January 6 for the Netflix show. The WWE did not have a single match booked for WrestleMania 100% other than a rematch between Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley, which we are moving towards.”

Lynch and Ripley last clashed in a match that left fans wanting more, making their potential showdown at WrestleMania 41 a significant draw. At WrestleMania 40, Ripley defeated Lynch to retain the Women’s World Championship.

After Lynch’s contract expired in 2024, speculation about her future ran rampant. Her absence from the January 6 Monday Night RAW Netflix debut only fueled rumors. However, her new deal with WWE has reassured fans that “The Man” isn’t going anywhere.

While Lynch has remained off television since re-signing, her presence at recent Netflix-related WWE events did not go unnoticed. Reports suggest that she told attendees she was there to support the company, not to participate in an active storyline.

With her official return still pending, fans eagerly await Lynch’s next move as WWE builds toward WrestleMania 41. A rematch with Rhea Ripley would not only spotlight two of WWE’s biggest stars but also deliver on months of anticipation for a high-stakes encounter.
