Before he can cash-in his contract, he gets Speared by Reigns.
The referee is now confused if he should cash-in the contract like Owens told him to or should he wait for Owens to get up and confirm if he wants to cash-in right now or not.
In the meantime, McIntyre & Mahal come out and attack Reigns. Reigns fights back and manages to clothesline Jinder out of the ring, but suddenly Ziggler enters the scene as well and McIntyre & Ziggler hit their double team finisher on Roman.
Owens is now back on his feet and he finally tells the referee to cash in his Money In The Bank contract. The referee waits to ring the bell until Reigns is back on his feet.
The match begins and Owens quickly delivers a Pop-Up Powerbomb on Roman Reigns and pins Reigns to capture the Universal Title!
The Universal Championship changed hands twice on the same night and Owens becomes the first ever two time Universal Champion.
SummerSlam 2018 ends with Owens, Ziggler, McIntyre and Mahal celebrating this big Title win and it looks like we have a new Heels stable on RAW.
