The AEW Women’s division has always been one of the weakest points for AEW. The company hasn’t been able to improve it much in the 4 years of its existence, despite signing some of the top names in the pro wrestling world.

Fans heavily criticized former AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker and Taya Valkyrie after their match on this past Wednesday’s Dynamite, which wasn’t very impressive to say the least.

A Canadian Indy Wrestler, LuFisto, took to Twitter after the match to state that the problem isn’t AEW’s booking of the Women’s division, but the turmoil that doesn’t seem to end in the Women’s locker room.

She accused an unnamed talent of keeping her out of the company.

“It’s cute how people blame booking for a bad women’s division.

Talent with too much power; talent denigrating each other; talent trash-talking potential employees so they never get in as soon as they walk in…

It starts here.

A fan responded to LuFisto and said she ruined any possible chances of working with AEW with the above tweet, to which she replied:

“No worries. No need for such a toxic environment in my life.”

These tweets sparked rumors of Britt Baker being the wrestler who used her influence to keep LuFisto out of AEW as she’s been involved in some controversies before as well.

However, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Fightful reports that the wrestler LuFisto was alluding to wasn’t Britt Baker, as LuFisto herself confirmed this information to them.
