Below are some top WWE news stories of the day, involving Britt Baker.
• Britt Baker, currently absent from AEW television, has revealed that she is working on an exciting project, though she can’t disclose specific details yet.
During her time off, she is training in stunts, martial arts, and other disciplines to enhance her skills as a professional wrestler. Baker expressed excitement about exploring a new world and learning new things.
Here’s what Baker told Diamond Dallas Page:
“I’m filming some fun stuff, can’t wait to tell everybody what it is. It’s on the down low now but it’s really exciting and I think people will be excited about it.
I’m learning special stuff, definitely. It’s kind of a whole new world. Our world is special but we have so much more to learn, to make yourself a well-rounded pro wrestler, learn as much as you can.
Been training more in stunts, martial arts and everything I can since I’m off the road right now. So until I come back, I’m like let’s cook up on this time off.”
While she remains away from All Elite Wrestling, she will continue her feud with Serena Deeb once she returns.

• Britt Baker has shifted her focus more toward wrestling, explaining that her dental career had become challenging to manage due to fan interactions and her busy AEW schedule.
She described her dental office feeling like a Comic Con, with fans taking up appointment slots for autographs and photos, and some even making her staff feel unsafe.
The exhaustion of juggling both careers, such as traveling back and forth between Las Vegas and Orlando for events, led her to prioritize wrestling. While she still helps loyal patients or during emergencies, wrestling is now her main focus.
Here’s what the former AEW Women’s World Champion told Diamond Dallas Page:
“Not anywhere near as much as I used to. It was turning into like a Comic Con since you can find me. People were coming in and asking for autographs, and pictures and they’d take up appointment slots and my staff were like, ‘Yo, we gotta make money and this isn’t it, Britt.’
Then there’s some scary fans, it was like ‘Call the cops, they’re gonna come kill us.’ I’m like okay, with the travels, especially with Dynamite, Collision and pay-per-views.
The one Vegas loop, I did Dynamite in Vegas, that night flew the Red Eye back to Orlando and worked all day Thursday, took the Red-eye back for Rampage on Friday. It was crazy and it’s not good for anyone since you need sleep and rest.
I had to move my schedule around so much for my patients. When they need me, they call me, I’m there. If the doctors are sick, or if it’s some of my ride-or-die patients who won’t see anyone else, but right now wrestling has to be at the forefront.”
