6. New WWE Comic Books Coming
WWE noted on their website that they have partnered up with BOOM! Studios to publish their new comic books. Below is what WWE posted:
“WWE has returned to comic books with new comics published by BOOM! Studios. BOOM! will collaborate with WWE Publishing to release a new line of monthly comic books and graphic novels featuring your favorite WWE Superstars.
At San Diego Comic-Con, BOOM! will have six exclusive, one-page comics at their booth throughout the event. Each comic is double-sided with a cover on one side and sequential comic book art on the other. The comics will feature various Superstars, including The New Day, The Undertaker, John Cena, Triple H and more!
Following the Comic-Con exclusives, BOOM! and WWE will release an oversized premiere issue entitled “WWE: Now. Then. Forever. #1.”
5. Are The Vaudevillains Babyfaces Now?
It looks like The Vaudevillains are now a babyface tag team in the WWE. During a backstage segment on SmackDown, they were watching the Raw food fight segment with Dolph Ziggler, Titus O’Neil & Kalisto (who are all babyfaces) and they all agreed to fight The Miz. You can watch it below:
As we noted before, things aren’t looking good for The Vaudevillains as they lost to The Golden Truth in a squash match on Raw. It’s no secret that Vince McMahon isn’t high on their gimmick.
