Below are some top AEW & WWE news stories of the day:
• SmackDown star Dragon Lee signed with WWE in December 2022. He pushed WWE to sign his brother Dralistico as well, but they passed on him.
Dralistico began wrestling matches for AEW & ROH, and he has now been officially added to the AEW roster.
• AEW has let go some low-level wrestlers recently, after letting their contracts expire and not renew them.
The latest wrestler to depart from All Elite Wrestling is Brock Anderson, son of WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson.
Brock’s contract expired and Tony Khan didn’t renew it. Brock’s last match in AEW took place on the August 12th episode of Collision, where he lost to Luchasaurus in a TNT Championship match.
• According to insider source BWE, Karrion Kross was scheduled to have a vignette to begin a new story on last night’s SmackDown, but it got postponed at the last minute.
Kross last competed at a WWE Live Event on September 10th, where he lost to Ricochet.
His last televised match aired on the August 11th episode of SmackDown, where he lost to AJ Styles.
A report came out recently which stated that WWE wants to start pushing Kross as a dominant singles star.
