• Cain Velasquez Has Been Charged With Attempted Murder
As we reported earlier, former UFC Heavyweight Champion & former WWE wrestler Cain Velasquez was involving in a shooting incident on Monday.
According to the Police, one man suffered injuries (non-life threatening) and one man was arrested during this incident.
The San José Police Media Relations shared the following updates on Twitter:
“Units are currently at the scene of a shooting near the intersection of Monterey Hwy and Bailey Ave.
One adult male shot at least once transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
One suspect in custody. Unknown motive or circumstances.
2/ Additional updates will be shared here when available.
Please avoid the area as we conduct our investigation. Traffic will be impacted in both directions on Monterey Hwy for several hours.

In an update to this situation, TMZ is reporting that Cain Velasquez has been charged with attempted murder. His status is listed “No Bail Allowed”.
He is scheduled to appear in Court on Wednesday.
