• Champion Wrestled On RAW With An Injury
As we reported before, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion Jey Uso broke his hand in the WarGames match in the main event of Survivor Series 2022.
Jey arrived on last night’s RAW with a taped fist and worked through the injury.
He wrestled Kevin Owens in the main event of RAW and lost.
Wrestling Observer reported the following about this situation:
“Remember a month ago, Jey had a broken wrist and he’s working on it. On the PPV they said it actually wasn’t broken, they thought it was. It wasn’t like they were making it up as a storyline, there might have been some ligament damage.
So this week, Jey thought, he comes out and says he thought he had a broken hand and his hand was taped out. He said ‘I think I broke my hand for real.’ So he really did (break his hand). He worked that great match with a broken hand.”
