• Chris Jericho Teases A Return To WWE

Yesterday was the 5 year anniversary of the “Festival Of Friendship” segment between Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens on WWE RAW, where Owens turned on Jericho, which led to a match at WrestleMania 33.

Jericho wrote the following about it on Instagram:

“Five years ago today, #KevinOwens & I (with help from @jimmyjacobsx) created one of the greatest segments in @wwe Raw history!

The #FestivalOfFriendship was a classic betrayal and the perfect twist to what I feel was the BEST story in the #WWE at the time!

I wanted the segment to start as a @davidleeroth video and end with a @gameofthrones #RedWedding dark ending. We achieved that and a whole lot more…”

On this occasion, Owens changed his profile picture on Twitter to a photo from this segment.

This led to Jericho teasing a return to WWE, as he tweeted the following:

“I haven’t forgotten Owens….you never know when you’ll see me again.”

Owens recently signed a new deal with WWE. Jericho’s contract with AEW is set to expire this year.
