• CM Punk Allegedly Got Physical With Another Fan After WrestleMania 42 (Audio)
A second fan has come forward claiming CM Punk got physical with him during a chaotic scene at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
While video already surfaced of Punk slapping a phone out of one person’s hand, new 911 audio reveals another man called the police to report that the WWE star shoved him.
The caller, speaking through an interpreter, described a high-tension moment where Punk was visibly “red with anger” after fans got too close to him and fellow wrestler Bayley.
According to the caller, the trouble started when he approached Punk hoping for an autograph. He claimed the interaction quickly turned sour, alleging that Punk used both hands to push him in the chest.
Although the fan used the word “assault” during the call, the situation didn’t lead to any legal trouble for the wrestler. Las Vegas police did arrive at the hotel to interview everyone involved, but they ultimately decided not to file a report, allowing Punk to walk away from the incident without any charges.
