• During an interview on ESPN’s First Take, WWE Superstar CM Punk was asked who’s better – Michael Jordan or LeBron James.
Here’s what Punk replied:
“No contest, come on. Really? Yeah (it’s Michael Jordan), 100%. I think the NBA is played, and especially officiated, a lot differently, in 2024 than it was in the 90s, when the (Chicago) Bulls had their dynasty.
I think MJ’s possibly, he’s up there with Gretzky as the guy when you mention a sport. When you mention basketball, you mention Michael Jordan.
I would say Kobe (Bryant) is a closer comparison to Michael Jordan than LeBron. But people all have their opinions. I love LeBron too.”

• Saturday was a tough night for AEW, as Collision lost 90,000 viewers compared to the previous week. It drew 382,000 viewers with a 0.12 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is down from previous week’s 472,000 viewers with a 0.15 rating.
Also, Battle of the Belts XI (which aired LIVE after Collision) recorded the lowest viewership in the series’ history.
The eleventh special drew 308,000 viewers with a 0.09 rating in the 18-49 demo, a significant drop from Battle of the Belts X in April, which drew 422,000 viewers with a 0.11 rating.
