• CM Punk Reveals What Sting Said To Him Backstage At AEW Rampage
CM Punk is back and he has joined All Elite Wrestling. He made his debut at AEW Rampage.
During his promo on the show, he called out Darby Allin, who was in the rafters with Sting. Punk & Allin will face off in a match at the All Out 2021 pay-per-view on September 5th in Chicago.
Here’s what Punk said to Darby:
“Darby Allin, there is nothing you can do that is more dangerous than wrestling CM Punk in Chicago.”
During the post-Rampage media scrum, Punk said Sting told him he would’ve loved to face him when he was in his prime. Sting is 62-years-old right now, but he hasn’t lost a step (which he proved in his AEW matches this year).
Here’s what Punk said:
“I had Sting come up to me today and tell me he’s excited to work with me and wish he could’ve worked with me in his day.”
