CM Punk got into a brawl with “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry backstage at All In, after Perry took a shot at Punk during his FTW Championship match against HOOK.
Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer reported that Punk also had a heated moment with Miro (fka Rusev in WWE) and the two almost fought. They allegedly wanted to take things “outside.”
However, PWInsider and Haus Of Wrestling reported that there was no such exchange between Miro and Punk, according to their sources.
Fightful Select provided an update in which it was revealed that Punk and Miro did have an exchange after Punk’s match with Samoa Joe, but it was a friendly one.
Miro approached Punk and asked him how he was doing to which Punk replied with something along the lines of “I’m okay unless you want to fight me too” in a jokingly manner.
Miro then said “Okay” as a joke and then Punk joked about taking things to the outside. Miro asked him if they could take things to the ring instead.
