Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns, once fierce rivals, have now teamed up to take on The Bloodline.

Their alliance was highlighted during a cinematic segment on the September 20 episode of SmackDown, which Rhodes claims was entirely unscripted.

During the segment filmed at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Reigns arrived in a convoy of cars, while Rhodes drove in a flashy sports car.

Reigns assured Rhodes of his backing for their upcoming match against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu from The Bloodline but hinted that he wants something in return: the Undisputed WWE Championship.

On the Pat McAfee Show, Rhodes shared insights about the segment, stating, “We stood on opposite sides of the field, for all of the pre-shoot as they were getting the lights in,

no discussions whatsoever, no awareness of what the other was might say to the other, we just walked across the field, met at the 50, ran it straight through.”

While Rhodes has expressed skepticism about whether Reigns will honor his promise, WWE remains fully invested in the evolving storyline between the two.

Fans are eager to see how this dynamic plays out in their match against Sikoa and Fatu at WWE Bad Blood on October 5th.
