– NXT kicked off with Adam Cole. Cole said Samoa Joe assaulted him last week, and he gets to pick his opponent tonight. Cole said he will not pick any opponent and no one can force him to wrestle.

Carmelo Hayes interrupted. Carmelo said he can change Cole’s mind, and said he has ruthless aggression.

– Adam Cole def. Carmelo Hayes

– Johnny Gargano said everyone knows he can out wrestle Karrion Kross on his worst day, and wants a one-on-one match against Kross for the NXT Championship. Pete Dunne & Oney Lorcan interrupted. Dunne said Gargano is crazy if he thinks he’s getting a title opportunity before him. Dunne snapped Austin Theory’s finger.

– Io Shirai & Zoey Stark def. Aliyah & Jessi Kamea (After the match, Dakota Kai, Raquel Gonzalez, Ember Moon & Shotzi Blackheart came out to brawl and Samoa Joe sent security to separate them)

– MSK (c) vs. Tommaso Ciampa & Timothy Thatcher for the NXT Tag Team Championship will take place at NXT Great American Bash.

– Johnny Gargano & Austin Theory def. Pete Dunne & Oney Lorcan (After the match, NXT Champion Karrion Kross attacked Gargano)

– Franky Monet def. Elektra Lopez

– Top Dolla & Ashante Adonis def. EverRise

– Mercedes Martinez was being interviewed, but got attacked by Xia Li & Boa. Jake Atlas made the save and all 4 will face off next week in a Mixed Tag Team Match.

– Kyle O’Reilly def. NXT Cruiserweight Champion Kushida (After the match, Adam Cole attacked O’Reilly and they got into a brawl. Diamond Mine is Roderick Strong, Tyler Rust, Hideki Suzuki & Malcolm Bivens. They attacked Kushida)
