– NXT 2.0 kicked off with Carmelo Hayes celebrating his NXT North American Championship victory. Carmelo said he swerved Isaiah “Swerve” Scott last week by using his guaranteed title contract on him and is Champion now.
Johnny Gargano interrupted. Johnny says he’s had his eye on Carmelo for a while, and congratulated him. Johnny said he’s lost his way and think what’s next for him is winning the NXT North American Title again.
Johnny challenged Carmelo, but Trick Williams told Johnny to worry about his daughter Indi Hartwell as she’s been hitting up Carmelo in the DMs. Dexter Lumis showed up behind Carmelo & Trick and they retreat.

– Imperium def. Creed Brothers after Kushida & Ikemen Jiro caused a distraction. After the match, MSK came out and attacked Imperium. They challenged Imperium to a match for the NXT Tag Team Titles at NXT Halloween Havoc 2021 next week.

– NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion Io Shirai def. Jacey Jane & Persia Pirotta in a Triple Threat Match (Jacey injured herself while doing a Suicide Dive and needed to be helped to the back)

– Joaquin Wilde & Raul Mendoza def. Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen
– LA Knight def. Grayson Waller (Knight will be the host for next week’s NXT Halloween Havoc 2021)
– Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams got invited to Dexter Lumis Open House.
– NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa & Bron Breakker def. Grizzled Young Veterans (Ciampa & Breakker had a face-off after the match)
