– SmackDown kicked off with a backstage segment with Universal Champion Roman Reigns & Jimmy Uso. Jimmy said he finally spoke to Jey Uso, and Jey told him he’s not coming back. Roman got upset, but Jimmy said he can do what Jey did for him. Roman told Jimmy to prove it tonight.

– Bayley & Seth Rollins def. SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair & Cesaro in a Mixed Tag Team Match

– King Nakamura had a coronation

– Seth Rollins said that he should be Roman Reigns’ next challenger for the Universal Championship at the Money In The Bank 2021 PPV. Adam Pearce & Sonya Deville said they will take it under consideration.

– Big E def. Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews to qualify for the Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match

– Kayla Braxton announced that Sami Zayn will face Kevin Owens next week in a Money In The Bank Qualifying Match. Sami got angry and said they’re messing with the Cosmos. Adam Pearce then announced that Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens will now be a Last Man Standing Match.

– Sonya Deville announced the first SmackDown participant for the Women’s Money In The Bank Match and it’s Carmella. Liv Morgan interrupted and said she already defeated Carmella and should be in the match as well. Sonya told Liv to prove she belongs in the match and face Carmella. If Liv wins, she will be added to the match.

– Liv Morgan def. Carmella to qualify for the Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match (Carmella told the ring announcer to announce after the match that she’s still the most beautiful woman in WWE today)

– Jimmy Uso def. Dolph Ziggler

– Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman came out for a promo segment. Heyman listed all the names that Reigns has put down and said there’s no one left. Edge then came back! Edge and Roman began brawling. Edge was setting Roman up for a Con-Chair-To, but Jimmy Uso made the save. Edge then speared Jimmy through the ringside barricade. Edge sent a big message to The Tribal Chief to end SmackDown.
